Our 4th General Assembly meeting was held from 5 to 6 November in Bucharest, Romania together with over 50 scientists, clinicians and patient research partners from 10 European countries.

The two-day event marked a milestone in our innovative project after the second year of collaboration. It was opened with welcoming remarks by Prof. Viorel Jinga, Dean of The University of Pharmacy and Medicine in Bucharest.

Together we discussed the current status and next steps of the our joint project.

Representatives of our work packages presented the progress of their work and worked out the next steps for conducting clinical trials and data management, with our patient research partners actively contributing their perspectives and experiences in dedicated break out sessions.

From comprehensive updates on our data management, to exploring the readiness of different countries for the integrated SQUEEZE Care Model, we delved into all the essential next steps to bring our joint endeavour forward.

And after lots of discussions and maybe one or another compromise here or there, in the end, we could all agree on our collective passion for the SQUEEZE project and the changes we’re making together. 🌍
