What a night! We are proud to have contributed to the Austrian “Long Night of Science (Lange Nacht der Forschung)” edition 2024 at the Medical University of Vienna.
Our activities enabled the general public to “feel” what it is like to live with a Rheumatic disease: Ultrasound examinations were freely provided by our dedicated physicians Irina Gessl and Peter Mandl, the “RheumaGlove”, kindly provided to us by the Austrian Patient Organisation Rheumaliga allowed you to witness the impairments of arthritis in daily tasks, and VR sets were set up to explore the tissular composition of healthy and rheumatic joints, kindly provided from Eli Lilly and Company.
This was a great opportunity to showcase our research done in SQUEEZE. We were thrilled to inform our visitors about the scope and promises of SQUEEZE with our dedicated poster.
